Hurt at work?
Nearly 3.1 million non fatal workplace injuries and illnesses were reported among private industry employers in the United States last year, according to a recent study by the U.S. Department of Labors Bureau of Labor Statistics. While that is a slight improvement from previous years, those statistics clearly show that American workplaces can still be dangerous places to spend eight hours every day.

Got stuck with defective car products?
The tragedy of defective car seats and defective seat belts is that the users are, by definition, behaving responsibly. That doesn t make much difference, though, when those safety systems fail and cause serious injuries, many of them to vulnerable infants and children.

Did you slip and fall and get hurt?
Slip and fall accidents are probably the most common, and most well known, type of premises liability case.
